How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders will be processed and shipped out within 1 business day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays.
Wholewoof.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control for example: severe weather, service interruptions and etc.
Overnight orders must be placed by 1 PM PST for same day shipping.
Overnight orders placed on Friday by 1 PM PST will arrive on Monday
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All orders $39 or more, your shipping fee will automatically be removed. (Domestic orders only)

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes, once the order is processed and shipped out, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 8-10 business days for delivery. The delivery time frame does not include any customs delay and WHOLEWOOF is not liable
for delays caused by the customs process.
Customers outside the US are responsible for applicable taxes & duties.
Do you ship outside of the contiguous US and to PO boxes?
Yes, orders shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and PO boxes cannot be expedited and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Your orders should arrive in 5-9 business days. Please note some APO/FPO locations may require up to 21 days for delivery.
It is our goal to make the shopping experience satisfying for our pet parents. For any reason if you’re not satisfied with your purchase at WholeWoof, you can exchange or return the product for the purchase price.
- All returns/exchange are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date
- Product must be in its original packaging to be considered for a full refund
- The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs
